The prices include:
• gas consumption;
• water consumption;
• sheets and towels supply at the beginning of stay.
The prices don't include:
• electricity consumption: 0,50 Euro each kWh;
• sheets and towels change service (in case of stay over seven days): 8,00 Euro for each person;
• 50,00 Euro caution (80,00 Euro for the apartment XL) for each apartment that it will be given back at the end of the stay.
Apartment consignment:
Check-In: from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the arrival date;
Check-Out: within 9 a.m. on the departure date.
General terms of the apartment use:
Clean the kitchen (basin and stove).
Take everything off the refrigerator and leave it empty as it has been found.
Don't leave any trash in the apartment.
Useful information: a garage is at the guests disposal for 10 Euro a day.

Book your holidays with us and you can admire the arts and crafts, taste the gastronomy and discover the tradition and the music of Apulia, of Salento and Otranto.
Upon request, you can also have access to the multimedia laboratory. Guided trips to the city of Otranto can be organized, discovering the Barocco leccese, the towns of the greek salento and the Trulli of Alberobello. Guided Trip on a boat can be also organized.
