The Province of Caserta and the Ferrari Club Italia have organized a historical re-enactment of Caserta's Formula 3 motor circuit, which used to host races on Vialone Carlo III and a stretch of the Via Appia Antica (Ancient Appian Way). The event has been combined with the fourth stage of the Ferrari Club Italia's national championship. The initiative has been organized in collaboration with the Caserta City Council, the Environment, Architecture, Art and History Superintendent's Department, the Automobile Club and Caiazzo's ''Elvira Puorto'' photography association. The event, which is also sponsored by the Marcianise ''Polo della Qualita''' (Pole of Quality), will take place September 29-30. It features the participation of over 50 Ferrari teams from every part of Italy. The organizational details and the related initiatives will be presented by Giovanni Galeno, the Vice President of Ferrari Club Italia, Provincial Government President Sandro De Franciscis, Provincial Sport Councillor Michele Farina, Provincial Mayor Events Councillor Michele Farina and the City of Caserta Culture Councillor Gianfranco Fierro.
