1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families and agents, or anyone connected professionally with the running of this promotion.
2. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entrants must complete an original entry form and return by post to the prize draw address: Bonne Maman New Years Eve Offer, PO Box 2217, Slough PDO SL3 8FN or alternatively enter on-line at www.independent.co.uk/ lesundayreview
3.Closing date for receipt of entries is 31/10/05. Winners will be notified by post by 21/11/05. For a list of winners names and counties send a stamped self-addressed envelope to: 0Bonne Maman New Years Eve Offer, PO Box 2217, Slough PDO SL3 8FN in an envelope marked ‘Winners list' between 21/11/05 and 15/12/05.
4. The first prize consists of one four day break to Paris for four people (sharing 2 rooms), 4* accommodation in twin/double rooms, on a bed and breakfast basis and New Years Eve Gala dinner on the Seine consisting of 6 course meal, wine, champagne, music and dancing. Four return tickets will be supplied by Eurostar. The holiday prize winner and guests are responsible for transport to and from Waterloo Station for ensuring they each have a valid passport and visa (if required) for travel and organising travel insurance. The prize winner and guests must be available to take the prize on the dates specified. There are 10 runners-up prizes of one hamper to be won, each containing a selection of Bonne Maman products and merchandise.
5. The prize draw will take place one week after the closing date.
6. Holiday prize must be taken on specific dates, depart for Paris from London Waterloo via Eurostar 30/12/05 and arrive back in the UK 02/01/06. The holiday will be booked by the Promoter's agent and is subject to tour operator's terms and conditions.
7. There is no cash or other alternative in whole or part and the prizes/prize dates are not transferable.
8. Proof of sending is not accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in submission.
9. Entry into the free prize draw is deemed to be an acceptance of the terms & conditions.
10. Entries will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
